I’m a bravissimo girl! During this difficult time bra fittings have been a bit scarce for us all, so when bravissimo was able to open it was a well needed rush to visit. After having two different bra fits, my silly hush puppies were not willingly playing along with the bras that had been chosen. The team at the Chester store were nothing short of fantastic. Bra exchanged for one that works with my naughty puppies. It’s that comfortable and pretty that I don’t even have that urge to remove it when I walk in the house! Thank you to the lovely and caring staff at Chester. Your all Boob whisperers. ?

I was welcomed warmly by all staff as soon as I stepped inside. Lucy was wonderful at fitting me and offering advice. Was a COMPLETELY different size to what I was wearing ! Feel great now. Fabulous shop. Brilliant social distancing. Would highly recommend Cheltenham branch. BRAvo Bravissimo!

Had the pleasure of shopping in the Chester store of Bravissimo. Even considering the current COVID situation I can honestly say that the service was second to non! All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming too. Cheryl helped me choose some lovely sets, and I will be coming back for more. Thanks ladies

My order arrived next day first thing which was great well packaged. Fit is perfect been looking for a good sports bra for ages and no complaints from me on the product, delivery or service will be using again

I had a virtual fitting with the Edinburgh store and was blown away with the whole experience from booking the fitting to returning the items. The lady who did my fitting was so easy to talk to about my issues and was so knowledgeable about sizing, styles and issues faced. The free delivery and returns to the store made the process much more manageable for trying different sizes and styles which was important to me due to having lost a lot of weight through lockdown it really was like starting from scratch. The communication after the virtual fitting was superb and I really cannot thank T enough for her friendly and professional support after becoming so stressed out previously trying to figure out the minefield of buying new bras. I highly recommend this service and hope it continues even after lockdown as it was way easier and more pleasant than previous in person fittings I’ve had in other stores (we don’t have a bravissimo shop in Cornwall). Thanks again for the exceptional service!

I have been buying bras from here from when they opened many, many years ago! I have had maternity bras when i was pregnant, and sizes ranging from 34g to 40j as my weight went up and then down. I have tried other shops and can honestly say they just do not meet the standard set by bravissimo. I am old enough to remember the time when the only bra i could get to fit was a triumph doreen, i know some people swear by them, but they are the most horrendous looking things lol and as a teenager they horrified me!Now I can buy bras in all the colours under the sun and I truly believe Bravissimo were one the first to make it happen. The only downside is that they are pricey and in my time I would have to wait for the sales to get my annual boob boost. Yes, sometimes a bra does not fit properly, but that is manufacturers not the shop! They are easy to make returns to so just make sure you know your body and what you need and any mistakes will be rectified.If I sound over the top in praise, maybe I am, but I can remember that teenage girl in tears over that bloody Doreen. My daughters inherited my boobs and I was ALWAYS able to get them pretty bras like every other girl and that alone merits 5 stars!

These bras are a lifesaver. They last forever, fit beautifully and the staff are always so helpful, usually when i make a mistake on the order. I haven’t recently purchased, i bought a bra about 5 months ago and was wearing it and thought to myself, thank god these bras exist.

Incredibly impressed with Bravissimo, with a special mention to the team at their Oxford store. I had never shopped at Bravissimo before, but I'm definitely converted after my experience! The products are beautiful and I feel excited to wear a bra for the first time in ages! I was fitted by the lovely Nell, who gave such detailed and thoughtful service even with COVID measures in place (strictly adhered to, a relief for an anxious shopper). Absolutely delighted, a big thank you to the Oxford team!

Amazing customer service at the Oxford Circus branch and also from Liz at the Customer Services team when I realised I had to exchange them a week later!A true convert!

I have bought there is 3 months ago 5bras for more than 150£!!!After 3 months, 4 bras has been on the bin, they were all broken, when your close the bras the attach doesn’t hold and it has been broken, the bras are so unconfortable, makes so pain between the boobs and at the back, the quality is VERY BAAAAADfor the price you paid !!!!!!!!!It’s my first experince when I bought some bras it was horrible even VICTORIA SECRET for 3 years I have never had any problem !!!!!I have lot of picture of my bras and I have sent an email for customer service !!! I will never recommend this brand and I will never buy again ! It’s expensive and the bras comes from Chinese !!! Never never !!!! Very BAAAAD !!

Items were dispatched on 16th July for international shipping and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve followed up multiple times via email and have been given dates postponing any action. In the UK I’ve not had a problem but now I’ve moved abroad I’ve had to deal with their customer service. Asked for a full refund. Disappointed customer who used to shop solely here for bras. This company ships abroad without a tracking number!!UPDATE: 59 days later after so many back and forths they have provided me with a refund after they (I think for the first time) bothered to look on the system. Although I received a dispatch email they said “there is an issue on their system”. If they had tracking numbers they’d have figured that out much earlier. Honestly - 59 days later to end up where I started and without any items?! DO NOT BUY ONLINE.

Bought a white Freya bra in February as I like to have a new white bra every summer. Its the same bra I always buy so didn't wear it for a while but when I did it was very scratchy on the section where you do it up. I only wore it 2/3 max as i knew i couldn't wear this comfortably. I contacted the shop, Bravissimo, Cardiff, St. Davids 2 after lock down & called in the shop first week they opened. This would have been nearly 6 months after I purchased the bra. Staff at the shop were absolutely amazing. They could see I had hardly worn it & agreed that it was very scratchy. Exchanging the bra was not a problem.I can't praise the staff here enough, I have shopped here for about 15 years and it is always a lovely experience going to the shop. All the staff are very friendly and have excellent customer service! I will not shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work Cardiff ? ?
